Match Terminal is operated by Rasmus Kivi. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator, and “you” refers to the person using the service. Contact us at [email protected] with questions about the service or these terms.

Match Terminal provides football fixtures, results, statistics, match events, pre-match metrics and related information. The website also includes odds, predictions, tipster records and user contributions. Features and data coverage vary by competition, match and source.

The service provides information only. We do not accept or place wagers, hold gambling funds, or guarantee a sporting or financial outcome. Statistics, ratings, odds, predictions and historical results are not a promise of future performance or personalised betting, financial or professional advice.

The plugin offers read-only access to available football results, statistics and pre-match metrics. It does not require a Match Terminal account or payment information and cannot place bets, make purchases or change your website account.

Search using team names and, where useful, an opponent or date. Select the intended match when several results are shown. Cached data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable; check the match identity, source and timestamps before relying on a response. Pre-match metrics describe prior-match context and do not guarantee a result.

OpenAI operates ChatGPT separately. Its terms apply to your use of ChatGPT. Responses generated by ChatGPT may contain errors beyond the data returned by our tools. You may stop using the plugin or remove its connection in ChatGPT at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and providing accurate information when using an account. Do not impersonate another person, share access without permission or attempt to access someone else’s account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of content you submit, including profile text and picks. You give us permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide the features you use. Public profiles and picks marked public can be viewed by other visitors. You must have the rights to submit your content and must not post unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing material, or another person’s private information without permission.

You can stop using your account at any time and contact us to request deletion. Our Privacy Notice explains how account information, public contributions and deletion requests are handled.

Use the service lawfully. Do not disrupt its operation, send malicious code, bypass access controls or rate limits, probe private accounts or data, or use automated requests in a way that degrades service for others. Do not use the service to facilitate fraud, harassment or other unlawful conduct.

Our software, original text and branding, and third-party data, images and marks, remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Access to the website or plugin does not grant ownership of those materials or a licence to resell, bulk redistribute or reproduce protected content beyond what applicable law or a separate permission allows. Contact us about bulk or commercial reuse; we cannot grant rights that belong to a third party.

Football data and third-party information may be delayed, incomplete or corrected after publication. We aim to present information accurately, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete coverage or that every field is current. Report suspected errors through our contact page, including the match URL and any supporting source.

We may maintain, update or change features to improve the service, address security issues, comply with law or respond to changes in data availability. Where a change materially affects an account feature you use, we will give reasonable notice when practicable. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you have concerning the service.

Links to other websites do not make us responsible for their content, services or handling of your information. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you visit them. Check any external offer independently before acting on it.

Advertising, sponsored content and affiliate relationships, where present, should be identified alongside the relevant content. A commercial placement is not a guarantee of quality, accuracy or a particular outcome.

Football results and statistics are informational. Website content relating to betting, odds or gambling is intended only for adults who meet the legal gambling age in their location. Do not use it if you are under that age or where access is unlawful. The plugin provides football data and does not offer a gambling service.

If you choose to gamble elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with local law. Never treat predictions or metrics as a guaranteed return. Read our responsible gambling guidance and seek support if gambling is causing harm.

We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, unlawful activity, infringement, a security threat or serious disruption. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action. Contact us if you believe a restriction or removal was mistaken.

You are responsible for decisions you make using information from the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your gambling decisions, third-party services, or use of the service contrary to these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not require you to give up legal remedies available under applicable law.

Our Privacy Notice describes how we process information on the website and through the plugin. Contact us with “Legal” in the subject line if you have a complaint or dispute so we can try to resolve it.

Applicable law determines the law and courts that govern a dispute. These terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court or remove protections available to consumers in their country of residence.

We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. We will publish the revised terms with an updated date and give reasonable notice of material changes when practicable. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to events before the change. If you do not wish to use the service under revised terms, you can stop using it and request account deletion.
